The participants of this competition must only be adults over the age of 18 and mush hold the relevant qualifications.

First place: Title of The Permanent Make Up Eyebrow World Champion in 2018, Prize Money to the sum of €1,000.00, statue and diploma certificate.

Second place: Title of the The Permanent Make Up Eyebrow World 1 Vice Champion in 2018, Prize Money to the sum of €500.00, statue and diploma certificate.

Third place: Title of The Permanent Make Up Eyebrow World 2 Vice Champion in 2018, Prize Money to the sum of €250.00, statue and diploma certificate.


All participants will receive diploma certificates for entering the competition.Deadline and SpecificsApplications are to be submitted no later than 4:30
pm on 31th March 2018 by email: pmu.profcoach@gmail.com. The application should be submitted with a colour photograph
of the model, without retouching. Any application submitted without a photo the application is invalid and therefore cannot be accepted.The applicant's
must present one photo of the model before make-up in addition to one photo model after doing makeup and any healing on the same model.
Where applicant's are applying makeup to the eyelids of the model, a photo with closed eyes is required and the a full photograph of the entire model's
faceFeesThe application fee is €150.00 per applicant. This fee must be paid or transferred to the following account:

The applicant will be notified by e-mail or phone if they qualify for the championships before 5 April 2018.

Assessment Criteria - Eliminations
The applicant will have the task of applying permanent make-up in respect of two out of three possible options to choose from, eyebrows,
During the 3.5 hours assessment, the model will be provided by organizer, in each technique (micro blading, hair stroke , shading method).
Assessment
In the assessment, the committee will take into account:
1. Choose the shape and colour of the make-up for the model.
2. Make-up technique.
3. Difficulty
4. Work hygiene.
12 finalists will be selected based on the materials sent (+2 reserve). The applicant will be notified by email or by phone before 5th March 2018.
Jury of the Competition
1. The competition jury appoints the organizer of the event.
2. The competition jury assesses, awards prizes and awards, and interprets the regulations.
3. The finalist voluntarily evaluates and criticizes members of the Jury.
4. The evaluation and interpretation of the Jury is final and can not be appealed. No appeals against the Jury's decision will be considered.
5. The meeting of the Jury will take place after the completion of the make-up presentation on 28 April 2018.
6. The applicant has no right to photograph models. Only the organizer has the right to photograph models. (should this not be in the disclaimer)
7. The organizer will not publish works from the Championship. (should this not be in the disclaimer)
